How scary is that ? - In the conference, you have high level government officials and people in CDC discussing / considering shutting down the internet with a straight face.

Telephone landlines have been prohibitively expensive for decades now for alot of Americans. I heard that you have to have some sort of special license and/or permit to even use a ham radio. If so... screw it. It is the end of the world as we know it. Fuck the rules, really. CB and shortwave radio... good luck with that. Smoke signals... that is bound to get really rough when it comes to sexting. Walkie talkies... I think those signals can be traced, something similar with ham radios, but much more easily with walkie talkies. where there's a will, there's a way!! use smoke signals then!! You could use snail mail (USPS), ups, fed express, bike courier or even grub hub to relay messages!! You have to be creative to work around oppressive governments...
