I have many IT guys I know who have said it is impossible.
Think about it. The only way is to take down the whole
electrical grid and stop all electricity to stop
generating to take them all down.
All servers are not connected to one switch.

Maybe only for those sites using Cloudflare (for DDoD protection and such)? Try a diversity of other sites that are not likely to use Cloudflare?
