With this prophecy in mind and as events accelerate in the Ukraine, it is important to remember that there is a very good reason why high altitude nuclear tests were banned: they literally have the potential to cause a chain reaction that would ignite the entire atmosphere. Rand McNally, Jr., a nuclear physicist who worked on the Manhattan Project during World War II, theorized that should a nuclear tornado triggered by a strong enough nuclear explosion possess enough "ExB drive," it might permit the ignition of the atmosphere in a powerful, annihilating nuclear fusion fire which could burn up whole nations if not the earth:

Subsequently, Konopinski and Teller wrote a one-page paper: 'Ignition of the Atmosphere' (LAA-01, Dec. 2, 1943), which concluded that the safety factor (bremmstrahlung radiation loss rate/nuclear power production rate) was about 60. Later, after two A-Bombs were dropped on Japan, Konopinski, Maruin, and Teller in a much longer paper concluded the safety factor might be as low as 2.67!
