Best move to a major city. If all out nuclear war breaks out soon it's better to get incinerated than take a month to die from radiation.

If you're at least 20 miles from the major cities/military bases then all you have to do is to test the wind and move away from the fallout cloud... And just think, the majority of government and liberals will be gone...
