I do believe the Consecration was completed by John Paul II. Both John Paul II and Reagan were instrumental in bringing down Soviet Communism. The promise from Fatima was that if the Consecration was done, a period of peace was granted to the world and I believe that the period of peace was during the 1980's - a truly magical time to be alive for those of us who can remember it and since that time it is like we are living under some sort of biblical Curse. The Fatima seer also is on record stating that the Consecration averted a nuclear war that would have occurred in 1985 had the Consecration not been done. It would be interesting to see the classified files in CIA and Soviet archives to see if something was very close to going down in 1985?
