little by little the prosecution is losing their case! despite the media portraying it as a slam dunk for the prosecution.. That alone will get the riots stoked up again this summer.

Will Mauries Hall testify at Derek Chauvin's trial?

Not likely that this key witness will testify due to self incrimination.

Hall was not offered immunity for his testimony.

If y'all haven't been reading this attorney's day-by-day analysis of the trial, you should. His reading on yesterday was that it was a verrrry bad day for the State.

Hate to burst anyone's thought bubbles here but even if the last witness was problematic - that wasn't my opinion but I wasn't paying super-close attention to the details - it still doesn't detract from the previous witnesses, notably the Chief of police, against whom the defense will have to provide some line of argumentation, which they haven't.

The state doesn't have to prove Chauvin's actions were the deciding factor that killed Floyd, even if it looks likely they were. Guilt can be established through misconduct, and the case seems solid there.

Three of the States witnesses yesterday provided better testimony for the Defence than for the State. All agreed the Knee was not on the neck but rather on the Shoulder.

Who were they? I watched a lot of the trial yesterday and didn't see any of that testimony. Photo and video evidence would also suggest otherwise.

It's one element of a much larger picture, again read my previous message about proof of guilt. It's not all about where exactly we *might* think his knee may have been, as all of the previous testimony has established.
