Was this a problem with the last guy from LA?? Inquiring minds wanna know what was up!
Quoting: snark He sucked. He wasn’t worth the $13,000 they paid for his testimony. Maybe the state wanted to work to improve him overnight. Seems it was a Legal issue, the State didn't 'Tender" (register) him formally as a 'Expert Witness" the prosecution is little by little losing their case! they are incompetent!!
