I think if I was on the jury I would be prone to nearly dismiss this 'expert witness' testimony simply because the prosecution paid him to be there. If this is the best they can do I would surmise they are in great peril of losing this case. He is not very convincing to begin with plus if he was paid, what do you expect him to say? I am sure the defense could do the same likewise.
