Bringing a trainer from another state is not a good idea, techniques differ from state to state, even county by county
Where I live, the police don’t do car chases unless it’s an extreme offense
Quoting: ~kpm~ I was just going to say this plus the fact the prosecution apparently did not know this 'expert witness' had never testified in court before in regard to anything like this. I f this is the best the prosecution could do and find after a year, then they were grasping at straws. Nelson has this guy on the ropes already.
