Bringing a trainer from another state is not a good idea, techniques differ from state to state, even county by county

Where I live, the police don’t do car chases unless it’s an extreme offense

I was just going to say this plus the fact the prosecution apparently did not know this 'expert witness' had never testified in court before in regard to anything like this. I f this is the best the prosecution could do and find after a year, then they were grasping at straws. Nelson has this guy on the ropes already.

I’m not an attorney. But it seems to me Nelson is a darn good attorney. He is the only attorney for defense. The state has ten to fifteen attorneys and brought in paid private attorneys. But he is tearing up the state’s case.

If I was ever charged with a crime in Minnesota I’d hire Nelson.

Nelson is looking more and more like an apex predator.

He's tearing the prosecution's witnesses to shreds.

Through power, I gain victory.
Through victory, my chains are broken.

We had an incident a month ago, young man my son went to school with and played football with

Long story short, this kid got a football scholarship to university of Michigan to play ball, never saw the field and turned to drugs

Police have been called twice to his home by his parents, he’s so jacked up on drugs he destroys the house, ripped the dishwasher out of the wall, went after his parents, etc.

Last incident, he was an extreme danger to others and himself, he tried to steal one of the cop cars, fought police and had to be tasered twice

4 huge cops couldn’t bring him down, one taser didn’t bring him down

Once controlled ems was allowed to take him to the hospital

Can’t imagine if this had happened in Detroit

Agree. I’m not particularly a fan of modern policing. But I believe in justice. The charges against Chauvin are completely unjust. The state’s attorney’s have been very unfair. This is a political show trial. I want to see Nelson destroy the state.

It doesn't matter what evidence is laid before the jury. If they are all bleeding hearts that make decisions based on emotion then they will find him guilty. I now question the whole jury of your peers thing.

It seems like hardly anyone can get a fair shake in the legal system these days.

Agreed. I think what the reasonable and rational persons here are seeing is the blatant attempt of the MSM and BLM to shame and frighten the jury and general populace into a conviction to avoid further violence. It would seem to me the prosecution is merely trying to pacify them. For all we know the prosecution may actually side with the defense and are playing with kid gloves to achieve an acquittal.

I can see why you’d say that. But the jury system is the greatest thing we have in our society. It is more important than voting. It allows the people to keep the state from being abusive.

Our problem is we have such a corrupt, unreasonable, and degenerate people. Unfortunately the judges aren’t any better. So I’d still take my chances with the jury system where one lone person can keep you from being convicted.
