DAMN....
That recording of Floyd certainly sounds like “ahhhhhh, I ate too many drugs!”
Quoting: Otis B. Driftwood Hard to make out, but sure did sound like it. And, if so, how on earth could anyone convict? When the defense isn’t using the prosecutions witness to make their case but their own then I imagine you’ll get testimony that this is exactly what Floyd said. Keep in mind the other three Officers involved will not be allowed to Testify in this case. Why is that? Have they been charged as well? All 4 were charged as far as I know.
