That alone will get the riots stoked up again this summer. Are Marcia Clark and Christopher Darden on the prosecution team? (For you youngsters, they were the OJ prosecutors.) |

Quoting: Tobie they should give warnings to the people in the riot zones (which ain't me) The trial was expected to go on for up to 4 weeks, but at this point it's difficult to see what else the prosecution may have that would prove their case. I have this scored for the defense by a landslide. And when they come to the autopsy report testimony I think they will decide the case heavily for the defense. |

If they are all bleeding hearts that make decisions based on emotion then they will find him guilty. I now question the whole jury of your peers thing. Quoting: StellaWayten It seems like hardly anyone can get a fair shake in the legal system these days. I can see why you’d say that. But the jury system is the greatest thing we have in our society. It is more important than voting. It allows the people to keep the state from being abusive. Our problem is we have such a corrupt, unreasonable, and degenerate people. Unfortunately the judges aren’t any better. So I’d still take my chances with the jury system where one lone person can keep you from being convicted. Yep... As long as there is one good and honest person in the jury... But considering most people lie... I bet that is hard to come by |

People in communities used to come from a more similar background with families staying in the same area for generations with very similar cultures, morals and mindsets. Yep. And if some degenerate came to town... The towns people would run them out. |

User ID: 73724632 United States 04/07/2021 01:05 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Hate to burst anyone's thought bubbles here but even if the last witness was problematic - that wasn't my opinion but I wasn't paying super-close attention to the details - it still doesn't detract from the previous witnesses, notably the Chief of police, against whom the defense will have to provide some line of argumentation, which they haven't. Quoting: Destin-Toulouse The state doesn't have to prove Chauvin's actions were the deciding factor that killed Floyd, even if it looks likely they were. Guilt can be established through misconduct, and the case seems solid there. There's no misconduct here that any rational person could find. You have 3-4 average to small sized cops dealing with the 6'4-6'6", 223 lb body builder, BIG FLOYD, who was high on drugs and being aggressive, in and out of the cruiser, and trying to subdue him for their sake & the bystanders. They were way outmatched and did the best they could without killing or injuring him. I'd have hit him over the head with the nearest blunt object and so would any bystander there. We were misled by the footage we were shown endlessly, the body cam footage clearly shows Chauvin on his shoulder, not his neck. There is apparently no evidence that Chauvin injured Floyd at ALL, and that he died from a combination of his OWN DRUG USE & MEDICAL PROBLEMS. This, alas, is a political case, not a legal one. It must be SOLELY a legal one to be fair. We are asking completely unreasonable things from our police and pitting them up against a well armed and physically superior criminal element. If the police try to subdue or God forbid, have to kill one of these criminals (and they almost all have extensive criminal records) THEY are the ones in endless trouble. This is unrealistic and has to stop. The end result is what we see - an America whose cities are increasingly consumed by CRIME. Last Edited by PresidentElect BlueStateRebel on 04/07/2021 01:06 PM |

At minimum, they will be called "toms" or worse. This social pressure upon black experts to conform to what the leftist community requires of them, must be acknowledged. I wonder if you can find an "objective" black expert. |

And if some degenerate came to town... The towns people would run them out. These are excellent comments. In many areas we no longer HAVE "communities". We have groups of people who live in areas for ECONOMIC reasons - either jobs or because that is what they can afford. There's no commonality in behavior, values, education, culture, morals, etc, so how can they be said to be a jury of one's peers when there is frequently little or nothing in common. What is acceptable in Carver Massachusetts may not be acceptable in New York City, or Mexico City, or some village in Afghanistan. The more "diverse" we become, the less we actually HAVE community or "peers". |

I would like someone to ask how Floyd apparently lost 2 inches in height from 6'6" to 6'4" pre and post autopsy. That is a puzzler to me. And with my suspicious mind, may indicate they were looking at some other dead guy they used for this purpose. |
