The prosecution doesn’t have a case so they seem to want to fluff it up with irrelevant information. It is like a high school kid writing a report including extraneous information to get to the required number of pages. I agree. Nothing new to see here. I don't get the point of rehashing the same thing just so the defense can rip it to shreds as well. It runs the risk of irritating jurors. The emotional testimony makes an impact, thought it shouldn’t. This is just tiresome for everyone.
