Another overdosed 3x, died each time... My one neighbor seems like he's overdosing every other week... There's an ambulance outside dragging him off very regularly. I almost pulled out into a busy road one time while I was delivering pizza... the other car swerved around me, thank God. My brother died in a car accident, two survived and two died, broadsided by a fully loaded asphalt truck. The ones that survived were on the other side of the vehicle but both were in comas for weeks. Life is dangerous as shit. |

User ID: 77295782 United States04/07/2021 12:40 PM  Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | being an excellent swimmer, i was in cali and hit the beach. the waves looked ok nothing huge so i decide to go body surfing which ive did all over the world. i got caught in a rip tide which is just a giant undertoe and i could not break loose. the water was just over my head so i had to keep jumpimg to get air. try as i might i couldnt get out and exhausted myself. as i said to myself this is how it ends? my life started flashing in front of me. yes its true. like a quick movie. 2 woman saw me and started to swin out tword me and i screamed stop its dangerous. 1 woman returned to shore to get a life guard and the other got caught up with me in the rip tide ,now there are two of us drownding. somehow i made it too her we locked arms and for the first time i could fight the rip tide or rather us. as the tide went out i dug my feet into the bottom and wasnt swept back. the guard makes it out with a buoy with a rope which we grab and get towed into shore. i went into mild shock and was hyperventilatimg. the paramedics were called and checked me out. i refused service.went to where i was staying was was sick as a dog the rest of the day including high fever.In my heart of heart i believe God intervened because it wasnt my time. ill never forget struggling with all my strength to fight that tide only to be thrown back the oposite wave. i was never able to thank the 2 woman. maybe one will read this. My grandafther started a prayer chain at the church he preached at and i went from coma to sitting up eating . my mom was gone for 45 min to shower and clean up and total turn around/ this one was one of the smartest dumb things ever and may have been outsmarting death when i was 15 my neighborhood was about a mile from the high school and we used to ride our bikes there; A man pulled up in a chevette and opened the hatch back. I rode by and he said come here. so i did and he locked his legs on the wheel of my bike and said gimme the bike. i said no. he reached in and pulled out a snubnose 38 and pointed it to my forhead above my nose and said gimme the bike.... I looked at the gun and said shoot me!!!, He looked confused and said Whatd you say. I said shoot me. you got four empty cylinders, the chances of that gun being loaded are slim and none. shoot me !!! he said ' get outta her you little fucker!!! i grew up around guns and like i said smartest dumb thing ever done!!!! I had a bit of dry skin I flicked off my brow and 3 days later I was going into septic shock when I got to the ER. My head was swollen up on one side. I found it rather comical that I looked like I was turning into an alien. The nurses and docs appreciated my humor but my husband did not. Anyhoo, I don't even remember leaving the ER and going to the icu. I don't remember being moved out of icu. They told me that for 4 days I was not responding to any combination of drugs. I wasn't beating it. I couldn't stay conscious long enough to talk to my mom on the phone. That night I had a strange experience in the hospital. I felt someone place their hand on the top of my head. I called out to them, asked who was there. I thought it was God or my grandfather whom had passed away. I am not sure whom it was but I felt immense love and warmth. The next morning the doc said I finally had a response to the medications and could get emergency surgery to save me.
