I went realized the human life expectancy rate actually DIPPED due to Covid. We are all dying much younger these days, I guess.

Also, although the article says that fasting slows aging (those are my words—that is in fact what they are saying...because it’s true.)

Speaking of feasting/fasting and the body’s ability to adapt...
