err umm, apparently, it is either still being manufactured or some entrepreneurial wise guy picked up on some sort of nostalgia for it. It also appears that you can only buy one color at at time of it, not the PSYCHEDELIC 60's/get high off the fumes version we had as kids.. And the former version had big tubes of the stuff, it would last a while. Now it looks as if the tubes are good for one big balloon and that's it:
