OP does not realize the SEC is a national commission, while XRP is a global currency.  ------ Yes the realization is there but what is happening will affect those in the US. You can buy xrp on foreign exchanges now and in the future the ruling will not affect those outside of the US. If the SEC gets what they want you will not have xrp in your crypto wallet. You haven't thought this threw. So the SEC makes you bend over while they insert very hard and deep up your ass.
