I think the best way to deal with these kind of people is to publicly call them out.

People at the law school should say she is entitled to her opinion, but since she most likely is an affirmative action admittance to the school, she should publish her LSAT scores, so everyone can be aware how much below the standard for a white person her scores show her to be.

Then they can accept what she is saying, but use an asterik * This is the opinion of a relatively unintelligent person.

The problem is solved. Any black people who are given advanced positions based upon race who then use that position to state racist views should have 'truth in advertising' applied to them. this way people can note what they say, but move on and ignore it as documented ignorance.
