I know the vice-president of Argentina, Cristina Kirchner, is a South American version of the US's cackling leftist house-of-horror Hillary Clinton.
As with Clinton too, Kirchner is also as corrupt as they come. She likely has her own set of victims of Argentinian Arkancides.
Argentina has been treading leftwing for over 100 years. It originally was one of the most promising dynamos of South America and even the world. But liberals sunk their bloody fangs into it and the country has never recovered.
North America and Europe are following the same template.
