I know people here in the UK who took the shot, they got a card with their name, date, brand of poison and batch number on it. Also it went on some computer system, linked with medical records I'm not sure. There were suggestions that the NHS app would be then used to prove your poisoned status.
I don't think that the passport will go ahead and if it did it wouldn't last long. You can't exclude people from doing certain things in society because they wouldn't take part in experimental gene therapy trials. I think all the talk about passports is just a way to get as many people as possible to take the jab.
