On April 21st, as he does annually, Putin will be speaking to the Russian Federal Assembly. A "game-changing" announcement is expected. It is believed that he will announce that Russia has deployed a new defense system that will make Russia impenetrable by any weapons, including hypersonic missiles. Putin hinted at this during his last press-conference.

What would that mean for the world? It would mean that if Russia were to strike some country with a nuclear attack, there would be no hit back.

How could Putin use it to bring peace? He could ask for the Federal Reserve to be internationalized, NATO to be disbanded, nuclear arms reduced, all US overseas military bases closed, MSM propaganda reined-in, etc.
