Thank God it was the horse that dog went after and not one of the kids.

The owner should be made to put their dog down at their own expense and prevented from ever owning another large breed dog for the rest of their lives.

Any dog that can get kicked into the air by a horse and then come back for more, is NOT an animal anyone should EVER let off a leash or allow anywhere out in public.
