the dog owner should be put down... keep your fucking animals on a leash in public, and if they cant be good in public keep them inside
Quoting: RedRuss . idiots with pitbulls.... without a blody clue how to rasie the dog, they are lucky pitbull went after the horse not after the kids. .  This is not a situation with the breed of dog , it is lack of discipline and understanding , by the owner. Pit bulls can be one of the most loving and obedient dogs around , so long as they are PROPERLY raised and this owner clearly was too soft in the upbringing of their pit bull. It is a high maintenance breed , especially in their youth , and requires constant discipline in some form so situations like this don't happen with the dog refusing to respond to command.
