Quoting: Jeff_43 It hasn't been brought up in the trial yet, but it was mentioned in MSM. BBQ shared earlier about it. :) Chauvin did not work inside the club, he was one of seventeen officers that were on a rotation basis outside the club. The owner made this statement, she said she doubted their paths had ever crossed. Quoting: BBQ BOY™ ~*Ride the Wave*~ |

There is no evidence his leg shifted. He is getting up. His right leg hasn't been lifted. His right leg was largely on Floyd's elbow and slightly off the side of his back. It was not on the center of his torso as implied by the prosecution and reenacted by Steven Crowder. It was did not look like it could conceivably have hindered his ability to inhale. This is the best view we have of his position and I think the defense has failed Chauvin if they haven't countered the claims with this footage yet. GooPile |

Even though I believe the officer most likely committed manslaughter (even one shot from his own camera before it cut off showing him grip Floyd's neck in a choke when removing him from the cop car), I will never side with deception. Those 'experts' are frauds. https://imgur.com/5jQ7ymQ Same exact position of his leg: on the elbow, slightly on the back. Not as they would portray it as compressing his back, substantially hindering the up and down motion of inhalation/exhalation. GooPile |

Does anyone know if/is it possible Dr. Smock was brought onto the Chauvin case via connections to Crump?" Answer-- YES. "This article here might help answer your question. Dr. Smock was in fact involved with the Breonna Taylor case." [link to louisville-police.org (secure)] Last Edited by snark on 04/09/2021 06:31 AM T For Texas, T For Tennessee! [link to louisville-police.org (secure)] The comments on Legal Insurrection are good to read too- quite a few doctors, medical professionals and LE in there who raise very good questions. Yesterday's "expert witnesses" threw out a whole lot of speculative BS that they couched as fact. Let's hope none of it sticks with the jury. T For Texas, T For Tennessee! Quoting: BBQ BOY™ You've got to be a really bad police officer if you don't know the employees at the place you are working. Imagine something happened inside the club; you would have no idea who is friend or foe. I worked security at a point in my life. I knew everyone on the day and night shift. When I worked security for a construction company, I knew the subcontractors. I m shocked they didn't dig deeper into their relationship. When you choose to stand up for truth it will make most people uneasy, because it contradicts their own wisdom and mindset, and most people do not like it when this happens. Truth will rock the boat, it will force changes, it will purge everything that is not rooted in [and founded on] truth, but it is always for good. Regardless of the opposition and short term setback that truth may suffer, and whether or not it can find someone who is willing to stand up for it, truth will ultimately win. |

It did nothing to impair my breathing. This is total bullshit. And my son is 23, 240 LBS and 6'2". C'mon man.... Same here I made 9 minutes no problem and mark made 15 before we got bore. 6 of my friends drinking all took turns. We held to continuously talk to make sure we didn’t pass out all of us just said it hurt like a bitch. Everyone involved was above the cops weight. I wonder if Nelson has a similar demonstration planned for his defense case. Bring in some dude the same size as Floyd and have Chauvin kneel on his neck for 20 minutes just to be really hammer the point home. That would be quite a gambit. In one sense if it works it would be fairly compelling. But it could also stir up emotions of the jurors. Seeing this go on in person for close to ten minutes might look inhumane. But this raises an important point. All these eggheads testifying that the cops killed Floyd are using models. Have they ever actually tested their theory? I mean if it is as dangerous as they say then it should be easy to verify with an actual test. If could be made safe by having the test subject wear devices to show oxygen levels. So you would stop the experiment when it became obvious it was dangerous or deadly. Why not test it with a rig that ensures the amount of weight is correct and the placement is right to mimic the worst case scenario presented in Floyd’s death. Chauvin didn't have to prove he was innocent, he is innocent until proven guilty, the prosecution had to prove he was guilty. So technically going by that he shouldn't have had to do any such test, the prosecution should have especially in light of studies which contradict their conclusions. Just goes to show all this talk about presumption of innocence, reasonable doubt, etc. is all fucking rubbish. GooPile |
