Well they should have followed protocol and turned him to his side when Officer Lane mentioned it. If they heard him say I ate pills they should have given Narcan. All Officers in Minneapolis were trained in 2018; the police medical trainer said all Officers have Narcan in their vehicle.

When Floyd was arrested in 2019 and couldn't breath the officers were able to get him help. Chauvin wanted to show he had the power. Nothing about his actions show he was hyper-vigilant towards the crowd.

He's guilty.

He's screwed regardless with that jury make-up. Only one of those jurors will be willing to listen to facts of the case and not make a judgment on emotion.

I call bullsheet. It would have impaired your breathing sum what. Even when crowder demonstrated, he needed his friend to move his knee to his back and not the neck.

I am just wondering if all he says is completely true, why don't more people die from sleeping on their stomachs?

I am not discounting the knee on the shoulder/neck, but then again since there was no damage caused due to this, he is saying St George died because he was prone??

Consider the lowest criminal homicide charge is negligent homicide, which is lower than involuntary manslaughter.

Generally, negligent homicide is when a person knowingly commits an action without being fully aware of its risks.

This is the best they could get him on with a crafty prosecuting attny.

But I don't even agree with that verdict.

Chauvin may have even been somewhat aware of the risk of the neck hold but that was highly mitigated by the context of the situation. In his mind he had little choice but to engage as such.

If he and the other officers were aware of opiate use and forgot their training to use Narcan in an emotionally charged situation where the perp was combative, that does not rise to negligent homicide.

If someone could prove they knew he was in opioid OD and intentionally withheld available Narcan, THAT WOULD BE manslaughter but good luck proving that intent.

Chauvin did not work inside the club, he was one of seventeen office that were on a rotation basis outside the club. The owner made this statement, she said she doubted their paths had ever crossed.

I sleep on my stomach every night. Usually with Mr. LJS's leg across my 110lb body.

Still alive.

Is that just how he ends up while asleep or is that intentional? How do you sleep like that? My older kid slept with us for months while my wife was pregnant with her little sister, and she ended up like that every night with her legs sprawled out over me. I couldn't sleep that way and ended up on the couch at 2:00 am most nights.

Witness and prosecutor brought up ME report so drugs should be on the table for cross
