Research Linus Pauling Therapy for cardiovascular/heart health. I follow it. I make my own liposomal vitamin C with Sunflower Lecithin. Take twice a day with lysine and proline capsules. I use the NOW brand for all of them except the vitamin C powder. Very affordable and you get a good dose of lecithin, which I also understand is good for your nervous system.
