I’ll cede that it’s not generally the case It's tough for me to believe they can't make the helmets concussion proof. It’s not just concussions that cause it. The years of head slamming into others and the ground turn the brain into jelly. I bet OJ is jelly head too. The famous one is Aaron Hernandez who was proven after death to be a very severe case. Us old folks called it Boxer Syndrome. It applied to athletes of all disciplines (as well as batter wives). And thought struggles against the results, trying to avoid those unpleasant results while keeping on with that way of thinking.
