EOs have no effect outside Executive Agencies. The FBI and ATF cannot just confiscate your guns on the basis of an EO. They will have to use existing law to do so. Congress hasn't yet passed a national red flag law, nor should they, as the feds don't have jurisdiction outside Federal property.

The next phase is china attacks without any retaliation, except maybe for slingshots.
