BTW - The population IFR is very age dependent but is about 0.60%-0.70%
in the USA.

It's only about 2,000,000 deaths from COVID.
Presumably you would find 2 Million deaths acceptable?We currently have had ~560,000 COVID deaths which gives a lower boundary for IFR of 560,000/330,000,000 = 0.0017 = 0.17%.
This makes the upper bound for COVID survivability to be 100-0.17 = 99.83%. We've already had a death rate 8+ times what you are claiming,
Mr. "99.98% survival".
And that's if we falsely consider that 100% of the US population has been infected; which it hasn't.
