Yes, actually, OP. I am normally all for self determination and otherwise freedom for everyone including for evil beings. However, all GMO humans pose an extinction level threat to the rest of Humanity. So it is simply best to let the GMO humans they all fucked up in ways that defy all logic. They must be accurately branded as the genetic abominations they truly are. Unfortunately this will force them all to join the Transhumanist Party. The Transhumanist Party will inevitably take over what is left of the U.S.
