Since the vax is not approved for use it is given under the right to try clause. You can’t mandate treatment not evaluated and proven.

I was in the Army in the first decade of the 2000s. Several dudes in my unit wouldn't take the flu shot because of previous reactions. They didnt have to prove anything, they just said I got sick the last time and the leaders wouldn't make them take it.

Yeah, most military jobs are not combat arms and dont require much discipline. You sound like a clerk or cook. Or a sailor.

When enough say that they will quit if forced to take the deathvax, the military will back down as it's too expensive to keep training new recruits.

I asked my son about the vaccine as soon as it was available to the military. He’s an Army Drill Seargant and said it’s not mandatory at all. It’s not being “refused” rather, they’re offering it but if you don’t want it, no problem. He hasn’t taken it so far and has absolutely no plans on getting out anytime soon.

Inoculations are not an option for military personnel. It's more divisionist diatribe.

It's the same with getting a passport. One of the requirements is an updated vaccination record.

My son is in the NAVY, and based in California. The vaccine is NOT mandatory because it is not FDA approved. Most of his superiors have not taken the shot, as well as most of his unit. Some of the medical personnel have even advised against it.

No one is being insubordinate. It is voluntary.

Just another fact to support that this is NOT a pandemic, but simply a bad flu strain with unique unknowns. Some will have no symptoms, some will get sick, some will die.

My personal Dr. has concurred that this is NOT a pandemic. If it was, we would not be giving the first shots to the older population that's going to be dead in approximately 10 years anyhow, but giving it to people that are in their 20s, 30s & 40s. These are the people that are going to be running the world in future years.

My Dr. was also the one that told me I could take off my mask during an appointment. "If there is no open wound in the room, that mask is doing nothing".

The FDA is supposed to be an impartial body supporting the science that establishes the effectiveness and safety of a drug. However, I have a feeling folks in the FDA are not terribly comfortable with the results they are starting to see and will probably clash with the CDC and Biden Administration.

If you hear of FDA officials stepping down, it's time to run to the hills.

Lots of retards believe that members of the military have No Constitutional Rights or protections and that a treasonous officer can rule without following the constitution. Even after they swear an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution which they aren't required to read.
