Straight up, the best damn friend chicken I ever had was from a small,
open air vendor on a corner in Tubmanburg, Liberia. The town is also call "Bomi,"

So damn good. Each time we would go through town I would make sure to
stop and have some of this woman's chicken, along with a strong cup of
coffee.
