Why would you say that? I am a renter right now and there is no way I am buying until the RE bubble pops. I'm on a month-to-month lease locked in below market rent (which I pay like clock work) and have more than enough money in the bank to put 20% down on a very nice home once RE crashes. Hell, I could now but why throw money away?!?

So I bought my house for 240k 5 years ago I was going to throw it on the market for 650k just because.

I don't want to move but I would for that.

Bought ours for 140, have put a lot in it but we're going to list it for 750. Greedy I reckon but I am laying for a Californian with cash money. Going to move and buy a place on 40-60 acres with their cash.
