Sensibly you should be able to claim medical exemption and privacy laws mean that you don't have to state what that is nor prove it with a doctors' statement.

Seeing on Twatter more and more talk of class action lawsuits as vaxx recipients are not being given full disclosure info under Hippa laws that this is an EXPERIMENTAL program.

Furthermore it needs to be translated into every single language possible similar to voting ballots (believe that there are about 2 dozen choices in CA alone.) Translators would also have to be available prior to getting the job to answer any potential questions.

Don't know. Just went in to H.R. when they said the vaccine
was being administered at the local clinic and said because
we are 'front line workers' we were eligible to receive it
and they would be notifying us by email.

I got mine and went to H.R. and told them I had a reaction
years ago to the flu vaccine and was sick, almost died
from it. Went to the doctor and he said you could be allergic
to the chemicals because I was not allergic to eggs.

The H.R. person said 'you can claim a religious exemption'
and I said yes, I am a Christian and do not want it.

She said it's fine, you don't have to get it.
