Procreation in the aftermath of the "miracle" vaccine
Something just now occurred to me as I was skimming the evening's discussions.

I saw this one where a Harvard-MIT study had reported that mRNA vaccines do alter one's DNA, and permanently. Now, an argument can be made that everything we ingest can potentially alter our DNA. Or that DNA can do peculiar things of its own accord. Chemistry isn't always perfect.

So specifically what I was thinking: if I were shopping for a mate, with the thought that one of the things we might want to do at some point would be to go forth and multiply, I'd strongly prefer that her DNA be relatively unsullied (which makes me remember that thread about how a woman retains the DNA of every man she's ever been real cozy with). I wouldn't want to have DNA integrity tests done, if such a thing is even possible and believable. I don't think I'm being too cynical when I say that genetics is one of the things that humans contemplate (or should contemplate) when deciding on a partner in procreation. You size her up, you size her family up. There are genetic traits that I'd want to shield my progeny from. A family where males routinely keel over in their mid-40s, for example. We all know of families like that. "Jake had his massive coronary yesterday. He was 43. Outlived his dad by six months!"

Since we don't know what the long-term genetic effects of this exercise in false panic might be, I'd rather steer clear of it altogether. This means that an unvaccinated woman, assuming we sorta liked one another, would be my choice.
