The court needs to bend over backwards for the police the same way it does for these law breaking drug users and 2 time losers. Due process needs to work both ways.

I don’t think it even matters anymore. Shooting that thug last night guaranteed the riots they wanted. This trial is old news now.

The prosecution is maintaining that it is impossible for the jury to avoid all media as the court has ordered. well doesn't that in and of itself indicate just how farcical this court case has become?

Oh... so now drugs are bad.

That's standard in a criminal trial, especially for the defendant. Their past should not be considered in determining if they committed a crime in this event. As for Floyd his past is also irrelevant for a similar reason. The jurors need only consider the evidence of this one event.

Very strange to have first time experts for a case of this magnitude. If this guy isn’t getting paid then he is just a social justice warrior.
