Just curious for those out there that are angry with what is happening to the world. How do you calm your mind so you don't stress out over the emotion?.....I'm not referring to fear, for some reason I'm not afraid just angry.

I find myself more on the fear side of things, but it's just flip sides of the same coin.

I practice allowing the feelings to just be as they are, slip down under the mind narration of what they are about and just let them move/vibrate/express/be as they are.... with or without words.

It's really helpful if there's someone receptive to express to/with (not at), someone sympathetic to your point of view, but if you don't have that you could try imagining God or your higher self or some benevolent presence/awareness who cares about our plight listening.... (they are).... sound (vibration, movement) is important, so out loud if possible....

I've been doing this every day and it helps get me in a centered place that puts everything into perspective:

Here's an instructional video he recommends listening to first:

Hey! Thanks for reminding me. My daughter showed the Wimhoff method to me earlier this year while I was visiting her in Virginia. I tried it once and found it very interesting, okay I'll try it again.....Thank You!
