Yeah these two witnesses were crapping their pants when they realized they may have to testify about a worthless junkie they dealt with two years ago. That would be annoying in any case. But it is frightful in a case of this magnitude with the possibility of personal harm resulting from testifying. It would be like if you were a waiter called to testify about waiting on a mob boss two years ago.

It is a real tightrope he must move forward on, and this race will come down to the wire with a photo finish.

This is quite the five minute break.

Mistrial. This is obscene. The jurors are in more danger than anyone! This is awful.

They're saying the prosecution is trying to show that he had drugs in his system back then, but didn't die....Hopefully the defense is allowed to bring up the prior toxicology.

Do judges usually ask the witness if they are "Willing" to answer the questions? WTF?

Random question. How does Chauvin get so many suits? The guy has to be in terrible financial shape. Most people, who don’t wear them every day, don’t have many suits anymore. But I think Chauvin has several different suits. That’s expensive.
