Reminds me of the muppet show all the characters involved.

It is normal for certain people to assume any questioning of their behavior is unreasonable. That includes when they have committed multiple crimes. What is alarming is the media and much of society is adopting this standard. We’ll all be living in mud huts soon.

What? If so that is highly inappropriate. She should be roundly condemned.

It was a "joint press conference" with George Floyd and Daunte Wrights families. Washington Post carried it.

It's despicable that they let Floyd's little brother testify. That has nothing to do with Chauvin's guilt or innocence.

Well there goes the idea that these events aren’t connected. The family just connected them. This has poisoned this trial.

I am watching it right now. He's proving what we all have said. This maneuver is not cutting the oxygen supply at all. I wish they had demonstrated this in court. It just proves how biased this trial is.

Wow. It’s almost like this was PLANNED huh.

The whole family, aunts, cousins, grandma, etc are lining up to say how much they will miss Daunte.

I would miss him too if I was going to get $20m.

They should get the friend he robbed at gunpoint for her rent money out there (one of his warrants was for this) and see if she misses him.

I think this video shows that an adult can survive ten minutes of heavy weight on the back. But they did a poor job of recreating it like Floyd’s case. The recreation is probably worse than what Floyd experienced, but people can dismiss it for being too dissimilar.

The problems I saw were

1) Chauvin weighs much less than this guy.

2) this guy had both shins in the back. I think one of Chauvin’s knee was pinning down Floyd’s arm and not on the back. So the weight in the back was probably much less.

Someone needs to do a simple test. Take a known weight of 160 lbs. This accounts for Chauvin’s weight with gear. Apply that weight via something similar to a human knee cap. In other words not a point but not flat. Something somewhat round. Do that to one area of the upper back for seven minutes or so. Because that is how long Floyd lasted before he stopped breathing according to the experts.

How to turn a worthless son into a jackpot. You can understand their tears. They are tears of joy.

Maybe they will fix the carbon monoxide leak in the court during the lunch break so the next few defense witnesses don't sound like Slowpoke Rodriguez... this trial is no place for a country mouse.

It's wondering where all it's "Gib me dats" is, just like the city paid $27 million for the death of Fentanyl Floyd the 2-bit crackhead. It's licking it's bubble lips waiting for all the crack, fried chicken and malt likka it can't buy with all those millions.

Watch and learn.

Can you imagine living in a community where the top prospects in life are winning the lottery, playing professional sports, or getting shot by police?

It's totally insane letting the jury just go home each day, even more so with all this circus going on.

Surely it must be being done to leave any verdict open for appeal?

The whole thing is ridiculous.

The ones on Court TV are just as bad.

Even this guy starts answers with, “so...”. Agh! This has infected our language. It’s easy to pick up bad habits when we hear them.

This is such a circus!

This guy is much cheaper than the law professor douche from yesterday.
