Either more children survive to reproductive age, or they don't.

He's trying to insinuate that if 1 or 2 kids survive, then
parents won't try to have more kids; as if they were to have
5 kids w/o vaccines, and only 1 or 2 survive.

The survival rate would be the same 1 or 2 in either case.

Obviously what he really means is that if potential mothers
and fathers are vaccinated, then they will be either sterilized or killed before having a chance to reproduce.

So, if 5 children survive to reproductive age w/o being sterilized/vaccinated, then they can continue to reproduce exponentially, despite dying at say 30 or 40 yrs.

In philosophy we try to be objective and give the benefit of the doubt to the person making an hypothesis. In this case

There is simply no way the conclusion can possibly follow from the premise, unless he also means the vaccines will
