But some things can be planted early. I have my greenhouse busting with seedlings (maybe 1000 of them) including over 12 varieties of tomatoes alone. I am looking forward to getting stuff in the dirt. Enjoy your garden - looks great! |

We're going to get a big planter and put it on the patio. Hoping it produces to go along with my tequila. ;) HWR The US is a One Party State controlled by a small cadre of Financiers Big Daddy D |

Flowers, every year annuals, geraniums, petunia's, nasturiums. Have lots of Fox gloves, and others planted. We have a rhubarb patch, horseradish. Blueberries, raspberries as well. Everything's organic. It was cold this year and we're fixing our lean to greenhouse but next year want to grow seeds in Feb because this is a big expense each year. We save 1/3 of the organic garlic seeds. The garlic is being sold. We're going to be setting up a room in the garage as oyster mushrooms and shittake soon. I have Atkinson & Roma tomatoes...wish I would have planted Cherry or Grape tomatoes as well, but didn't. Really not enough room. The romas are coming full force. I'm just waiting on them to ripen. My squash are starting to come in. I have a few getting ready to harvest. We've been cutting the lettuce leaves for salads and tacos. My yellow bells are getting larger but not quite ready to start picking. I've had a few strawberries here and there that we've eaten. I just bought a lime tree so hoping it produces by next year to cut the tequila. ;) HWR The US is a One Party State controlled by a small cadre of Financiers Big Daddy D |
