Thank you! I am familiar with "spirit orbs" and have seen some photos of them. I don't think that what I was photographing are those orbs though for two reasons. Almost always when my naked eye only perceived a ball of bright light, I would close down the aperture on the 35mm camera, and was consistently able to see a solid object emitting that very bright light. And secondly, most of what I was photographing was often up to 10 miles away. Although the telescope really helped bring objects close, the objects were generally quite large for aircraft, and much larger than spirit orbs.
