St George had excessive drugs in his system. He was apprehended after committing a crime. (Let's not forget this)
He struggled with police and would not stay in the cruiser and complained he could not breathe at that time initially.
He was detained in the prone position by officers.
The autopsy showed no damage to the neck area or the windpipe.
