The cops told the guy to get out of the vehicle 20+ times, plus he wouldn't pull over until he got to the gas station where there was better lighting for recording.

He could have easily opened the door from the outside with his hands out the window.

If he put his hand or hands down at any point, he could have been justifiably been shot because there was a pistol in the cab.

Caron Nazario understood that he was damned if he did and damned if he didn't in this situation. The cops would have had an excuse to shoot the second they couldn't see his hands, and then everyone here would be talking about how he was reaching for his pistol instead of following orders.

Not to be controversial, but when pulled over which

window and have my papers in a convenient holder

either on my lap or on the passenger seat.

And I always ask, can I get my license from my

wallet. Why? Seen too many videos of cops getting

killed by not taking precautions and trusting drivers

come over without hesitation. I've gotten away with

a warning for doing that too. That was very cool.
