We aren't cut out to be socialists. We are the people who couldn't be constrained by Europe. We are the malcontents, idealists, speculators, dreamers, inventors, debtors and criminals who would not be chained. We don't play well with others, we are brash, outlandish and cunning. let us do what we do best; let us be Americans. |

The cops told the guy to get out of the vehicle 20+ times, plus he wouldn't pull over until he got to the gas station where there was better lighting for recording. |

Caron Nazario understood that he was damned if he did and damned if he didn't in this situation. The cops would have had an excuse to shoot the second they couldn't see his hands, and then everyone here would be talking about how he was reaching for his pistol instead of following orders. |

The question(s) on the table remain. Was it a setup? By Nazario? By the cop? By a third party trying to get Nazario killed? By a third party trying to get the cop killed? By a third party trying for an either/or situation? We aren't cut out to be socialists. We are the people who couldn't be constrained by Europe. Not to be controversial, but when pulled over which is practically never, I always put my hands outside the window and have my papers in a convenient holder either on my lap or on the passenger seat. And I always ask, can I get my license from my wallet. Why? Seen too many videos of cops getting killed by not taking precautions and trusting drivers they shouldn't. immediately, when they see me do that---they relax and come over without hesitation. I've gotten away with a warning for doing that too. That was very cool. I was doing 35 in a 25. It's called respecting their position. They have a right to feel safe too...
