Maybe that boy should have been in a care facility where his mental disability could have been monitored more closely. Threaten your neighbors with a weapon and law enforcement is not advised.
If the community neighborhood does not feel safe because of a young boy it should have been addressed without him dying.

I was arrested once when I was catching a ride home from a bar
unknown to me driver had warrants out on him and a gun in the car. Got pulled over and after dealing with the driver the other cops came over and told me to turn around and began to reef my arm down and was beginning to cuff me, I stiffened up and he leaned into me real hard against the squad car and said "don't you fucking resist". I said ok ok why the fuck you arresting me, I was clean. he said for trying to run and resisting it was bullshit. Stayed overnight in jail was released in the morning got a lawyer and the case was dropped.
Reason I was hauled in was because guilt by association
