ATF Raids Solvent Trap Company

If any of you purchased one of these products, be prepared to get raided. They don't seem to care that these products were not functional silencers (suppressors, silencer is a misnomer, there's nothing silent about it). They have all the customer info from this company and based on what they recently did raiding at least one customer of auto keycard, they will probably start raiding Hawk Innovative Tech customers too.

If you think this is no big deal, consider that this can set a precedent you may be affected by. Have a gun with a threaded barrel and some extra oil filters for your car laying around and a power drill? Whoops, you have the "means to manufacture" a "makeshift silencer."


If we're now going to say that having the parts needed to make an "illegal" accessory is itself illegal, then pretty much all of us have the parts laying around in our garage to do this. If they want to get you, they can use a bullshit charge like this and the media will cover up the bullshit nature of it to the public by bragging about how many guns, magazines, and rounds they seized at your residence. Take note, and if you bought one of these products for a SHTF situation, get a lawyer now and shut up.
