Thing is, almost all the jobs in Indiana are terrible. Most of the time, it's twelves on a swing, mandatory overtime. Health insurance takes a huge bite. Management is usually assholes to the point they giggle and bray when they write you up for not killing yourself by overworking.

Amazon, Chewy, Fedex, etc. . . they all are the same. Think your fastest pace and then amp it up and write up those who can't do it, even if they don't know the layout of the place yet. Make new rules CONSTANTLY just so you can write more people up. Change breaks, shifts, send some people home early and work others like dogs.

Hang it over the head of every employee that you've got a wave of new hires every week - new souls to crush.

Write up people for bathroom breaks. Make lunch areas so far away from work areas that it takes ten minutes off a twenty minute lunch just to get there. Overwork starving people, and then, be like most Indiana slave shops: Hire prisoners that you don't feed and treat even more base.

Hire H1B folks so that you can hold it over their head that you'll cut sponsorship (send em back) if they complain about anything.
