Any chance someone affiliated with the church have hotspot on their telephone. That could mitigate the issue since they obviously have some equipment for video.

That hotspot could be a temp fix if the person plan can take that much data. Those videos use up a lot streaming live for an hour. So, camera videos use too much data(or so much more than mobile) Can you adjust quality on the computer to reduce your data usage, then upload the high quality sermon afterward? Just trying to think outside of the box with you here.
