Damn penguins are having a party and all of that activity is upsetting the crustal continental plate boundaries.

Sometimes quakes that shallow can be underground and or underwater nuclear tests.

I don't remember quite what the depth usually shows as though.

could just be the earth in her bounty trying to adjust to the amount of power either in or coming to taiwan.

like when you touch a burning pan. eventually it cools down/off.
