Where did I put the remote ? One of you people with super natural abilities help me please. :)

I have 2 remotes that control 5 outlet switches for lights and a fan.

Was moving furniture around yesterday and throwing away a bunch of old stuff. It started out as just moving a large bookcase behind my webcam to make it look nice for a webcam interview. Ended up with me moving about 12 million lbs of stuff around and throwing out a bunch of old stuff (empty boxes, and assorted other nonsense that I was storing because, "you never know when you need a box, or a bottle of vitamins with no lid from the year 2000" LOL.

Place looks amazing now, but I lost one of the 2 remotes! I searched high and low. Went through the trash can in the room where it was last seen. I had moved it from the TV recliner in an adjacent room to the desk top beside the current forest of vitamin pill and allergy medicine bottles. Now it is gone. GONE!

So now I have to get up and walk 50 feet to get the 1 remote that saves me from walking 10 feet to turn lights on and off.

I feel like I just walked 20 miles. Everything hurts. And the one precious is still missing.
